Mindful Eating Workshop Series 3

Do you want to have another relationship with food and/or your body? Most people wish we could change something about our eating or our bodies.
Do you find yourself setting eating or exercise goals that you don’t meet and then beat yourself up for it? Or do you reach for food when you are tired, bored or sad? Does how you see your body interfere with what you do in your life?
In this workshop we will use mindfulness and choice point theory to explore how to build a more caring and helpful way to be with food and your body. In the first of a series of three workshops, we will explore:
-What is your pattern?
-What are helpful and realistic steps for you?
-What gets in the way?
The next workshop will continue to build on these skills.
